Privacy notice
TeraVolta, in Panama, is responsible for the information you send through this website. Contact us at info@teravolta.com.
Contact form information
We receive your name, company, and phone number if provided, as well as your email address and message. We use this information to answer your inquiry and follow up. The form requires your agreement to this notice.
Resend processes the email we receive. Cloudflare processes Turnstile verification and website analytics, which does not use cookies. These providers may process information outside Panama, including the United States.
Visit counts and what we store in your browser
We count arrivals and clicks on contact, email, phone, WhatsApp, and language controls without storing names, email addresses, messages, or IP addresses in that count. While the tab is open, we store in your browser which campaign or website brought you here, for that count, and whether you have already seen the logo animation, so it plays only once per visit. Closing the tab deletes this information. The language you choose stays saved until you clear it in your browser. We do not use our own cookies, the small files a website leaves in your browser.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiries for up to twelve months after the last exchange. If an inquiry leads to work with TeraVolta, we keep it while that relationship lasts and, afterward, for as long as applicable law requires. Cloudflare retains our event counts for three months. Resend keeps delivery logs for thirty days. Cloudflare analytics retains aggregate data for up to six months.
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability of your information by writing to info@teravolta.com. Please identify your inquiry so we can find it. This notice follows the personal data protection law of the Republic of Panama: Law 81 of March 26, 2019, and its implementing decree, Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021.
